Deterministic ALA-LC mapping, not pronunciation or translation.
POST /v1/transliterate requires the scheme ala-lc-2011.

orthographic mapping, not an English spelling or a pronunciation guide. It
preserves spacing and does not infer cataloging word divisions or contextual
capitalization. Other schemes and reverse transliteration are not implemented.
Segments are transliterated, preserved, or unsupported. Unsupported spans
are retained and make complete false. Segment offsets refer to the original
input, not the Latin output. Explicitly convert known Zawgyi input first.
